It is so evident in all conversations that we have had that, no matter what, Cami and Simon love each other. We had such a great time getting to know them at their engagement session and even having dinner at our house together. Our kids had a great time playing together with Avi! We really enjoyed seeing their family come together as a whole. Their wedding was on a beautiful December day. The classic Christmas theme ran throughout everything: from the ornament guestbook to the bouquet that had some pine and berries to the coco and marshmallow station at the reception. Such a great day that seemed to run like clockwork! With the first look, we were able to capture so many great intimate moments! Such a great joy to be a part of their day!

Melissa is near and dear to our hearts. Amy and I have known Melissa since our junior year in high school. Amy considers Melissa to be one of (if not THE) best friends she has. Melissa is pretty much a part of the family, and we love her. When she met Tim, we were excited: finally a man who passed the “Melissa test.” We knew that if she approved of him, we would love him. Tim has become a fast friend, as well. Tim has a brilliant mind: he is literally a rocket scientist. Their strengths and weaknesses compliment each other greatly. Their wedding theme was Son & Daughter of the King: their lives, and, therefore, their wedding, are very focused on their love for Jesus. From prayers to praise music being sung before the ceremony in a small room and during the ceremony itself, everything about this day was focused on God’s Kingdom. This was an incredibly special wedding for us in other ways, too: Amy was a bridesmaid, Adam sang during the ceremony, the four kids were flower girls and ring bearers, and we did photo and video! Melissa is a treasure to us, and we are enthralled that Tim sees that and cherishes that, too.
Scottsdale Wedding Videographer: Life’s Story Studios presents a VAVL2 film: An+Milon, a boutique wedding film.
An & Milon are a great couple. They’re both Doctors. They’re both fun to be around. They love each other. When they were both in medical school, An made the move to let Milon know that she was interested in him just before he left for his residency. “Oh, wow, really?” was his response. He made the move to Phoenix to be near her, and she made the transition really easy for him. She loves how intelligent and technologically advanced he is. He loves how brilliant she is and appreciates greatly her sense of style both in decor and the way she does things. They both think the other one is smarter. I think they’re both geniuses. I also believe that Milon has one of the best senses of humor of anyone I’ve ever met. He is so funny, though he is so humble and reserved that he doesn’t think he is. They did a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony in the morning (she wore a traditional red dress), had a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in the afternoon (they wore traditional Indian garb, i.e. a saree), and partied like Americans at night (they wore more American attire, i.e. a long white wedding gown and tuxedo).

Phoenix Wedding Videographer: Life’s Story Studios presents a VAVL2 film: Suzzi+Geoff, a boutique wedding film.
We met Suzzi & Geoff at a bridal show, they won our free engagement session, and we became their photographers and videographers for their wedding! But so much better than that, they became our friends. They are also wanting to live on a plant-based diet like we are, so we love to go out to eat with each other! They are such a fun couple. They met each other at a party where Suzzi’s friend had meant to set them up. They talked about anything and everything, not wanting the night to end. Before the end of the evening, they had set up their first date. Geoff had planned on taking Suzzi out to dinner, but The Muppet Movie had just come out and Suzzi wanted to see it. Geoff said that he also loved The Muppets, so they went to see the movie instead. Suzzi was amazed that he would change his plans for her like that. Geoff loves that Suzzi loves caring for people, especially children. It took him the longest time to say “I love you” because he wanted to make sure it was real. It’s real! Suzzi believes Geoff knows how she’s thinking and feeling without her having to tell him, they are that connected. She always had hated the cliché of marrying one’s best friend, but it is true of the relationship Suzzi and Geoff share: she truly married her best friend.

We had the great honor of being a part of a surprise proposal. Nathan contacted us from out of state to help implement his elaborately romantic plan. The staff at Orange Sky was wonderfully helpful and just as excited. It was raining and the clouds were too low to see the beautiful view, but it made for a romantic atmosphere. Nathan did such a great job that Taylor had no idea that it was coming! What a great way to make sure you remember such a fun surprise!

Gilbert Wedding Videographer: Life’s Story Studios presents a VAVL2 film: Victoria+Mike, a boutique wedding film.
Victoria and Mike are living a fairytale. Their first date at the Scottsdale Quarter. From the first time Mike laid eyes on Victoria, he just knew he was going to marry her. Victoria was drawn to Mike because of his compassion and his love for others. Mike proposed to Victoria at Disneyland on Halloween of 2013. They were dressed as Cinderella and Prince Charming. Mike dropped to his knee in front of the castle and Victoria said yes! They got married at Villa Siena in Gilbert, AZ. What a beautiful place for a Prince and his Princess to be wed!

An & Milon are both incredibly intelligent people. The are both MDs and even met each other during their doctoral classes at Howard University in DC. Their mixture of Vietnamese and Indian history and culture led to incredibly beautiful henna painted hands, an elegant tea ceremony, a full Hindu ceremony with mandup and pundit, and a very fun reception with a great first dance on a cloud. We had the honor to serve as their videographers full day and photographers for the morning leading up to the ceremony.
